7 Windsor Place

The Sculptor and the Art Teacher

Eric Jacobson and Nancy arrived at number 7 as part of the artist-teacher wave that moved into Windsor Terrace in the late 1970s and 1980s. The neighborhood was still affordable. The park was there. The block was quiet. Eric makes kinetic metalwork sculptures from his studio here. He suffered a stroke in his mid-60s. Mike German and Sarabeth Brockley lived here as tenants for approximately seven years.
